It is important for us that you, our valued guests to spend a delightful and healthy holiday. We have implemented and followed legislation published by the Turkish Ministry of Health, Ministry of Tourism and Culture and made our facility much safer and healthier.
We are well aware of the fact that the best precaution during the COVID-19 Pandemic is social distancing. Therefore, we expect you to follow the rules and maintain your social distance at our facility.
In order to minimize the risk of contamination, it is very important to wear masks. Hence, we kindly request from you to wear your mask for our other guest’s, our staff and your own health.
There are warning signs across our facility, in order to have a healthy holiday, we highly recommend you follow these specified rules.
There are surfaces that are exposed to hand contact intensely in common areas. We will be disinfecting them; however, we still request you to minimise your contact with these surfaces.
In order to maintain social distancing, we have re-arranged our facility (table and sunbed settings), so you will be able to preserve your distance from our other guests and staff. If you have any further questions or requests regarding this topic, please do not hesitate to contact our trained and aware staff about Covid-19.
You will see bulletin boards that show Covid-19 precautions that have set out updated rules by the Turkish Ministry of Health, Ministry of Tourism and Culture. Please, follow these rules.
We have placed disinfectant units which you can find easily throughout the facility. Please, wash and disinfect your hands in case of contact with common surfaces.
In order to minimize hand contact, we have placed QR Codes at the entrances of our restaurants and outlets. You can scan and download menus and read them via your smart phones.
If you experience Covid-19 symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty in breathing), please do not leave your room and contact our staff from Reception or Guest Relation.
